Vacation rental turnovers for Airbnb and VRBO homes
Turnovers between guests for Airbnb and VRBO homes: beds made, towels set, glass clear.
What a turnover covers between guests
Sun Care's vacation rental cleaning is house cleaning for Airbnb and VRBO homes in Palm Desert, Palm Springs and across the Coachella Valley. A turnover resets the home between guests: beds made, towels set, the kitchen wiped down, the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done, so the next arrival walks into a clean house.
In a desert rental the glass matters as much as the floors. Sliding doors to the patio and the pool collect marks fast, and a guest's first look at the water through clear glass sets the tone for the stay. The aim is a home that looks the way your listing photos promised it would.

How turnovers are booked and scheduled
Turnovers are booked by phone or by quote request. Call the Palm Desert office at (760) 813-7160, use the toll-free line at (888) 597-1228, or send a request from this page. Say where the property is, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, and how often guests come and go.
Every job is quoted on its own, so a one-bedroom casita and a five-bedroom pool house are priced for what they are. Tell the office early about back-to-back stays, since a same-day turnover is planned differently from one with a day to spare between guests.
What to have ready for the first turnover
Have the access arrangement settled before the first visit: how the cleaner gets in, where the linens and towels are kept, and what stays locked. A short list of what each bed and bathroom needs makes every later turnover quicker and keeps the result the same from one guest to the next.
Mention pool-side furniture, outdoor glass and anything fragile, and note anything already damaged or missing so it is clear what was there before the visit. Sun Care has worked across the valley since 2000, and a clear brief at the start is what lets a Palm Springs rental look the same on every check-in day.
